How do I create my first invoice?

After signing up, go to Invoices → New Invoice. Select or add a client, fill in your line items, then click Send. Your client receives a branded PDF by email with a secure link to view it online.

Go to Quotes → New Quote, select a client, add your line items, then click Send. Your client receives an email with a secure link where they can accept or decline the quote online — no account needed.

How do I convert a quote to an invoice?

Open the accepted quote and click Convert to Invoice. All line items, client details, tax settings, and notes carry over automatically.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing date — your current plan stays active until then. All existing data is preserved.

How do I invite a team member?

Go to Settings → Team Management → Invite Member. Enter their email and assign a role. They'll receive an invite email. Growth plan includes 3 seats, Scale includes unlimited.
